|  | Cadillac Owners Member Cadillac(s): STS | | | | | HID problems with the law? I just recently ordered HID kits for both my fogs and lows, and I'm just wondering if anyone here has gotten pulled over for having say.... 8000k HID's installed, or any kind of temperature, high or low. |

Im sure you wont have a problem, just make sure you adjust them and have the lights pointing down to the ground/road instead of straight out. Most people forget and they end up blinding the cars in front and on-coming traffic and those cars could be 5-O. |

I am using 10000K myself. |

|  | Cadillac Owners Fanatic Cadillac(s): Cadillac STS 2005 | | | | | Re: HID problems with the law? na if u look at my car coming at you, u won't think rice, they have a different kind of 10,000K. they have a 35watt version. mine is the newer gen 4 55watt, which is a clearer, not as blue color. and it puts out 2-3 times more light then the gen 1-3 35 watt versions. so you need to see it before u can say otherwise. i have a post of my car with the headlights and u'll clearly see it is not very blue. |
