Need Navi DVDs

Anyone know where I can get a good deal on Navi DVDs for an STS 2008?

There are download copies on bit torrent if you are into that sorta thing.. You'll need DL DVD's and a DL burner the file size is about 8GB.. they are also available on ebay. The 09 disks are running between 140-199 free shipping. find the PN you need on the GM Link above and search it on Ebay.. be careful most ebay auctions do not include both east coast and west coast disks make sure you are bidding on the disk you want (E<W)

Yeah, but $30 in blank DVDs later and I have three discs that spend most of their time in the NAV drive just grinding away and saying DVD Disc Map Read Error. And to top it off they still don't contain the major new expressway 10 miles from my house.

Something to be said for quality production.

I know exactly what you mean.. I don't get the errors but i get alot more grinding

Unfortunately, the factory disks will also not show the new roads or POI.. I've also been playing with editing the ISO image and adding new POI's similar to the Garmin..I'll let you know if i have any luck..

Are you looking for east or west disks?

I just, today, wrote to the Nav Disc Center and asked when the back-order for my '06 STS would be available, and they said that the disk is in verification. (it's been months but what can you do but wait)

don't worry about what i can afford (hater)you just continue paying $199 for a disc that is never in stock but maybe you found one in palins backyard tundra.

As for the $199.00 price, Pioneer wants that, too, for the Nav that I have in my pickup(a fine one, that is

),but I haven't paid for one yet...it's only 2 years old.
