GM Parts direct ????

Happy new year all !
Just had a quick question. I had to order a part for my STS, and decided to go with the above mentioned site to order the part. Has anyone else ordered through them before ? The part I need is just a name badge (the STS badge on the rear trunk lid) and the part is a "special order" part, so I have no clue how long it will take to get in (although I'm in no hurry anyway). Does anyone have good/whatever experiences with them ???

I've ordered from them before and it worked out well. For stock replacement parts I use gmpartsdirect.com or cadillacpartsusa.com. They have the best prices and have shipped things in stock quickly.

GMparts direct does an excellent job. They ship the small stuff to me by priority mail and it only takes a couple of days to get my order.

GMPartsDirect.com is a great site. I have used them in the past for a few things for my 2000 Monte Carlo SS. However, I recently had to purchase a turn signal for the Monte and I ended up calling Advance Auto because GMParts said it was a special order and could take more than 2 weeks to get it. I was able to get OEM Turn Signal part from Advance Auto for about $6 more and got it the same day. If you know the GM part number, call them and see if they have it in stock.

Well, I got my part today ! I E-mailed thier Customer Service E-mail address, and no sooner do I do that, and they E-mailed me back (about 6-7 hours later) telling me my part has been shipped ! Super fast shipping (they used Fed. Ex.). I will definitely be doing business with them again !
As far as calling them, that's a great idea, however, I don't think they have a number to call. Or, at least in their FAQ sections it says that they have no phone number, they answer all thier questions through their CS Email address.
