How do I remove the engine cover - V8 N* ?

On a 2006 STS with the Northstar V8 - how do I remove the silver engine cover? Instructions (or pictures) would be great.

Take off the oil filler cap and the PS fluid filler cap. Then just pull the cover up. It has pegs that sit in grommets, so there is a bit of rubbery resistance. Just slowly work it up, you will feel where it's attached.

Re: How do I remove the engine cover - V8 N* ?

Thanks for the tip jgeorger. I figured it was some sort of snap fit. I didnt want to apply too much force and break a clip or something.
There are two snap mount points on the top of the engine.

Attached pictures explain it better - A picture is worth a thousand words :-)
Figured this would come in handy for someone in the future..

Yep, ball and socket setup. After I took mine off, for the first time, I smeared just a tad of silicone grease in the rubber socket (for ease of removal in the future).
