What is "computer sel susp"?

I purchased a 06 STS6 a couple of months ago. Several of the RPO codes, listed on the spare tire cover, have something listed as "computer sel susp".

Does anyone know what this is?

Could be Computer selected suspension. On the 1SG option you can select either Touring or Sport suspension.

Thanks for your response, pjbizjak. I only wish I had Magnetic Ride Control. I do not, I have the 1SC package instead.

I think that code or "phrase" is referring to the adjusting rear suspension. It's where the rear suspension adjusts it's height based on added weight in the rear of the car.

The Magnetic Ride Control and the option to select between touring and sport come together in a different package. You can't have one or the other seperately. This package is only available in the V8 1SF and 1SG package in the 06 model year.

Thanks for your response, STS2002. I am pretty sure Magnetic Ride Control is what allows the choice between touring and sport mode and the device that adjusts rear height is an air pump. I don't have it on my STS, but had it on the H2 that I recently traded. Also, the "computer sel susp" is listed as four separate codes indicating all four corners, not just the rear.

However, I really do appreciate your help. Thanks.
