Upgraded to an 05

Well I pulled the trigger Saturday and bought a 2005 V8 STS. Pretty much all the options. I traded in my 2000 STS which is one of the best cars I've owned and had it for nearly 5 years. Only thing about the 05 that concerns me is the Magnetic shocks. Not sure the longevity of those and I'm sure they are expensive to replace. Any issues with those? I always worried about the air suspension in the 00 going out but I know you could replace that with standard shocks. Just got to get 3 years out of this one and then maybe I'll look at a 08 CTS.

Your 05 should still be under warranty unless you have high miles. If its under warranty you might want to consider purchasing the GM extended warranty for the piece of mind.
