New STS-V Spoiler Added!

Looks nice, but what is the difference between that spoiler and the one that comes on the sport model?

The regular spoiler only sits on top of the trunk while the STS-V spoiler sits both on the 3rd brake light and top of the trunk forming sort of a 90 degree angle.

Looks great, with the impending demise of the current STS, it would be nice if GM offered a "STS V Appearance Package" on the regular STS. The rwd car is not a good option in Michigan.

Do you have a list of parts and numbers?

Stupid question, can you use the existing light in the STS_V spoiler?

Yes you can use the same 3rd brake light.
The part number I will have to get back to you on that, have to get it from my dad's dealer.

I just recently purchased a used sts-v spoiler and I was wondering if there are any extra pieces I need for the installation? The only thing I have is the spoiler and the 3rd brake light. Also is there any drilling needed for the install? Any advice would be appreciated.

I have an 05' STS and would like to put a spoiler on. I really like the one posted above but have some questions. Anyone have some answers?

1) Where can I find that spoiler?

2) How much do they cost, roughly...?

3) Does anyone have any tips on the installation?

4) What are the other spoiler options for an 05' STS?

Im wondering is this a direct exchange for people who have a standard sport spoiler( say that three times) or will there need to be some extra installation steps???
