    USB port

I was just wondering if there is a memory limit on how large a flash drive I can plug into the USB port in the console. I tried a 16GB and it worked fine. I tried a small hard drive with a usb adaptor and it didn't work at all.
I see there are 128GB flash drives out there and before I buy one I was just wondering what the Cadillac's limitations are.

    Re: USB port

There are limitations, there is also differences in class of usb flash drives. The cheapos take forever to load into a system. I have large flash drives that load quick and some that load slow. I also have some small older flash drives that take forever to load and I seldom use because of this.
Given your year of 2010 I bet 16 or 32 is about going to be your max. Did you check owners manual to see if any info?

32 gigs work, but it won't play .wav files. With 32 gigs of mp3's, I have around 7,000 songs. Too many to find anything.

    Re: USB port

I have the entertainment system in the back seat. I was going to put 8GB of music and 24 GB of movies. I put a movie on a flash drive and it played just fine.
