    SRX Europe

    Hi,
welcome all members of the forum and ask for help
I live in Poland and I have some problems with my Cadillac SRX 2013...
In Poland (40 million people) is only three authorized dealers .... I'm going to review after 15 thousand kilometers.
I'm afraid the dealer will not know the answers to the questions:

    1. I have tried multiple times to get a DVD out. I'm at a loss...
    2. When I use the park assist button it blinks a few times and then does not stay lit and none of the sensors are working
    3. Recently the rear seat heaters in my 2013 Premium have been turning on when the vehicle is started. I cannot find an option that might automatically turn the seat heaters on. There is an option to turn the front seat heaters on when using the remote start, but I am not using remote start and these are the rear seat heaters.
    4. The passive door lock on the front and rear driver side do not work. The passenger side works fine.

    maybe you have suggestions

thank you for your answers and sorry for my english

Welcome to the forums. Hopefully someone will help You with Your issues.

    P.S.

We must live not in the same Poland because in the Poland I live there is currently not a single 'Cadillac authorised dealer'. There is service in Warsaw though and probably one in Gdansk but I am not sure.

There is a fix for the rear seat heater issue. near the end of another thread on this site:
    http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums...-start-up.html

The Cadillac bulletin number and fix involving program updates is identified in message #22 on that thread.

I wrote three... and on this page are the addresses:
    http://www.cadillaceurope.com/en/ind...es-and-service
but they are mainly Opel dealers, with additional Cadillac. That's why I'm afraid they do not have experience in this brand. When I said in a telephone interview about the problems with the SRX, knew nothing about the service bulletin...

    P.S.
    njacobsen - thank you

Anyway good luck with Your SRX!
If You personally visit GM official service let us know about Your experience. I am curious if they can help You in anything.

    Re: SRX Europe

    Hi and welcome.
I'm one of the few SRX owners in Sweden.
I have myself a 2011. The dealer where I bought the car is nowadays mostly dealing with Nissan so the Cadillac knowledge is close to zero.
I have managed to find another dealer who has gathered many mechanics with the US-cars skill and interest.
The way I have managed to find out things and get support is through this forum.
There are lots of links to different websites with very interesting content. You need to help the mechanics
    You can always start with:
    Technical Service Bulletins

    Good luck
