Trifecta Performance presents: Eaton TVS1320 supercharged SRX (2nd GEN) with custom 3.5bar OS
This release post is a presentation of the software engineering capabilities of Trifecta Performance: You're looking at the "fastest SRX (2nd GEN) in North America"
Design parameters (and specifications) of the supercharger kit:
-Eaton TVS 1320 / TVS 1650 supercharger head unit (TVS 1900 TBA)
-High capacity air to liquid heat exchanger manifold
-Belt routing that reuses the OE accessories, retains use of OE harmonic balancer
-Retains use of all of the engine mount points
-Does not interfere with Air Conditioning system performance
-Retains the OE catalytic converters and maintains emissions readiness
-Retains the stock airbox and stock air filter; low cost of air filter replacement
-No cutting or splicing of any OE wiring; adapter and extension harnesses are included
-Retains the OE PCV system; maintains emissions readiness
-Fits under the stock hood
-Retains the OE belt tensioner for extended belt lifespan and engine accessory lifespan
-Designed to be silent and reliable: without increased NVH during vehicle operation
-Genuine Bosch heat exchanger pump; OE part number from the Cadillac CTS-V
-Powertrain calibration has been tested and validated for various environments, such as cold/heat and elevation
-Extended testing of 100,000 miles with 100 hrs of wide open throttle testing
Specifications of the Trifecta 3.5bar operating system (LFX and LFW):
-Maintains accuracy of the metered air and air pressure to 3.5bar
-Retains the stock MAF, MAF housing, and airbox for accurate air metering; emissions friendly
-Retains all OE diagnostics and ECM functionality
-Retains all OE error code reporting and functionality
-Emissions readiness checks are present
-Torque requests of the transmission controller are accurate
-Maintains OE functionality of the Haldex AWD system, with rebalanced torque biasing
-Maintains functionality of ABS and TC systems
-Knock detection mechanisms and sensitivity is retained
-E85 support
Installation Notes:
-Estimated installation labor of ~7hrs
-Requires front bumper removal (heat exchanger installation)
-No drilling, cutting, or welding anywhere on the vehicle
-No cutting, splicing, or soldering of OE wiring; adapter harnesses are included: OE plugs
-A lift is recommended but not required: motor mount replacement
-CNC machined stainless steel (billet) motor mount/pulley bracket included (replaces OE motor mount)
-Premium fuel is strongly recommended, but not required

Vehicle characteristics and driving notes:
With the supercharged kit installed, besides the addition of blower whine (configurable with included silencer; more so on the outside of the vehicle), power feels linear and responsive:
-cold start is flawless and vehicle start is immediate
-idle sounds like stock and idles at stock RPM
-AC blows cold in ~120f heat
-mileage gain of ~1 MPG highway (may vary with vehicle)
-power feels linear and immediately responsive
