    Cadillac Service/Dealer - Disappointed

    My 2014 SRX was delivered with a dent in the metal panel on the left side of the front passenger window. I set up an appointment being told it would take 30 minutes to correct. When I got to the dealership they told me it was going to take longer and asked me to reschedule. I asked if I could just leave the car. Well, they do not have any loaners available until Tuesday. I have had Audi's, BMW's, Acura's and Mazda's as my last few vehicles. Never once was I told to come back because a loaner was not available. Am I being ignorant here and expecting too much?

    It's probably just that dealer
    They should have given you demo or some other car to drive around if they don't have a loaner while they work on the car
    Usually Cadillac is real good when it comes to costumer service

    If I was you

    I would go to my salesman first
    Then new car manager and tell them you don't have time to go back and forth,
    You just wanna drop the car then pick it up when it's done.

    If that don't work
    Try another dealer and when Cadillac sents you a survey put all dissatisfied to all answers
