Thumbs down Radio time shift does not work for last 2.5 years

I have had an issue with the radio not rewinding the last 20 minutes of play time.
Dealership states that they can't fix and Cadillac does not have a fix for it either.
I have taken it to the dealer several times to get resolved and they are unable to. I have also called Cadillac and they gave me a 5 digit complaint number and more or less told me to call back every week to reopen.
I bought this car brand new and it really bothers me that they can't fix something simple like this

    Hello,

I am sorry for the issue you are experiencing with your radio. I understand how this is a frustrating situation dealing with a car you bought new. I would like the opportunity to look into your situation and cases. Please private message me and include your contact information, VIN, current mileage and the name and location of the dealer you worked with.

    Sincerely,

    Laura M.
