Im in Texas and the dealership said they would sell me another car but I would be out at least 10,000$. Every mechanic has tried to fix it but the rep said he couldnt find a problem even with the mechanic sitting in the back seat verifying the problem. Can you tell me what state agency you used? I had a lemon law attorney but he said it because of the reps report he couldnt do anything.
All I had to do was Google search "Texas Lemon Law" and I turned up this:

This sounds like some mechanical resonance getting excited by the rotating parts at 35-40 MPH and twice that (2nd harmonic). It appears that the mechanic has replaced / swapped most of the rotating components, have they tried replacing the brake rotors or wheel bearings (making sure mating surfaces are clean so the rotors run true)? Making sure the ball joints and steering components (rack & pinion, tie rods) are tight? Wheel well liner or fender not loose? Something under the hood or in the nose loose?

Man this sucks, I thought having to take ours back three times for recalls was bad. I think there hoping you give up, keep on them!
