    Hello djarp33177,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your SRX. Have you brought this to the attention of your dealership? If you do plan on taking your vehicle to a dealership for a diagnosis, I would be more than happy to assist you in working with them. I would just need you to private message me your name, contact info, VIN, mileage, and dealership you would like to work with. Please let me know if you would like my assistance. Thank you very much for your time.

I have a 2013 Performance model and I installed the window reflectors.Sometimes when I put the window up it comes back down. I found out that if the window deflector is not seated into the track the window hit it and reverses,so I push the deflector back up into the tract for a better fit.I think the window operates like a garage door,if it hits something before it seats out it reverses.p

    Re: Driver windows acting eratic:

Have you tried reprogramming the windows? This is from page 1-25 of the owner's manual:

    1. Close all doors
    2. Place the ignition in ACC/ACCESSORY or ON/RUN/START.
    3. From any partial open position, close the window and continue to press the switch briefly after the window has fully closed.
