Looking to buy a 2011 SRX Luxary

    Hi guys

I have been on this forum since I got my 2011 coupe.

I'm in the market for another vehicle and found a 2011 SRX4. It has the 3.0 V6, I'm not a comfortable with that engine so I was hoping to get some feedback on what to look for and watch out for. Any problems in the SRX I should be aware of?

I test drove a 2010 and a 2011. The transmission in the 2011 slipped during the test drive. We chose the 2010. Afterwards I found some posts about transmission slippage. Not sure if it is only 2011 that had the problem or if it's an early model year problem.

    I'd do some due diligence!

As far as the engine. It's no race car! Not exactly what you have come to expect from Cadillac but it is acceptable as long as your not expecting a lot.

Hmm ill have to check that out. This one is still under warranty until dec 2014 with 32000km.

I am hoping that it isn't under powered that's all:-). How about the fuel economy? What do you see with yours on average?
