just got the call from service that they could not duplicate my ac problem. problem is with ac on high and driving all seems normal but when i come to a stop the ac seems to lose the force through the vents and seems to stop cooling then picks up again when we continue driving. i think i saw a post on here about that type of problem with a fix but i have searched and didn't find it, does someone have the link to the post.? srx 2012 premium

I apologize that the dealership could not duplicate the issue you are experiencing with your A/C. Is your concern an intermittent problem? Or is it an issue that you are experiencing on a constant basis? If you would like me to contact the dealership to talk to them about this concern, feel free to private message me and I would be happy to assist. Thank you very much for your time.

Yours is a 2012, BUT - there is a bulletin for air conditioning issues on 2011s:
SRX - A/C system delivers warm air
Do this - Replace the receiver/dryer instead of the complete condenser only if there is a low high pressure issue
Don't do this - Replace the condenser assembly
Our 2011 had this issue, but I was not aware of this bulletin at the time and it was a little bit of a fiasco to diagnose it at first. But the dealer got it eventually.
