    SRX Key Fob

Anyone else have problems with fobs? 1st one got replaced under warranty. 2nd one died about 4000 miles out of warranty. Newest one just had fob fall off... not good in grocery store park lot. Found it but its now very thin cause some
pickup ran over it. Cadillac doesn't seem to want to stand behind these..... I've never had a key that didn't work in
starting a car... How come Cadillac puts out such a junky fob? Score 3 dead fobs for this SRX.

    Hello minnesota phil,

I am sorry you had to replace your key fob multiple times. I understand how this can be frustrating. I have documented and stored your concerns which may be accessed by many departments at General Motors. Have you tried contacting your local dealership yet? The service adviser at your local dealership can properly assist you with this concern. Please let us know if you have other questions or concerns. Have a great night.

    Sincerely,

    Laura M.
