Smile New owner of 2013 Red SRX-a CUE question

Has happened only 1 time so far: Cue screen would not come on when I started car. Drove a few miles then cut off car hoping to reset system (stayed in car, doors not opened). No response again. Drove home and cut off car, got out, locked doors. When I entered car 5 mins later, system went to working fine and has ever since. Any opinions why this happened? Love the car!!!

to our great forum and good luck with your SUPER new ride!

Your CUE might have experienced a temporary glitch and if it continues to happen you should make an appointment with your dealer to have it looked after.

    to the community!

Like you I am a new 2013 SRX owner (new to Cadillac too) and loving this vehicle so far.

If you are from the US, you may want to call the CUE Hotline 1-855-428-3669. (There is a typo in the CUE manual - this number is listed as 428-3609, though 4CUE-NOW part is correct). I too have a couple of minor issues with CUE but I am not as lucky since they don't serve Canadian customers directly.

Good luck with your new SRX!

Re: New owner of 2013 Red SRX-a CUE question

they actually corrected the typo in publishing (i checked a new car we got a few weeks ago and it had the correct number)
but the manual posted on cadillac.com still had the typo

    anyway, 855-4CUE-NOW is correct

    and welcome
