screw in the tire 2010 Srx with screw in the rear right tire. Pressure intact. is this under warrenty? Re: screw in the tire This is not covered by the new vehicle warranty. Some, myself included, have purchased wheel and tire insurance that does cover this. Your best bet is to have it fixed before you get stuck. Re: screw in the tire Ufgators,
Were you able to get this resolved? Hope that your SRX is back on all fours soon!
Sarah (Assisting Katie), Cadillac Customer Service Re: screw in the tire My last service at Cadillac the service tech found a screw in the thread of one the tires when he was rotating them. He repaired it at no charge and returned the screw to me! Now that's customer service.
Bill Re: screw in the tire I was not so lucky. The screw found in my rear tire was too near the side of the tire and was not repairable. Had to spend $300 to replace the tire. Re: screw in the tire Screw is still in it pressure is steady at 33psi. Val Ward Cad service does not open on the weekend I am stuck until I can get off work That is a simple repair that can be performed at nearly any auto shop. There's really not a need to wait for the dealer. Go to a reputable tire or repair shop.
