Warped rotors, while certainly possible, is a lot rarer than most think; this has been posted before, but here is the link again: http://www.stoptech.com/tech_info/wp...rakedisk.shtml

It was a 2000 Maxima. It's easy to warp small, skinny rotors

i bought the 2012 srx premium this past weekend and immediately thought the same about the breaks and vibration felt through the gas pedal when accelerating in what seems to be first and second gear--at higher speeds, i didn't feel it. i'm going to mention it to the dealer today so i'll see how they respond. my last car was a bmw x5.
What did the dealer tell you??
