Why Cadillac hasn't made the Hi-per strut front suspension standard on the FWD SRX, especially now, with the more powerful 3.6 V6? The reviews claim the HPS does a great job at controlling torque steer, firming the steering up, and a nice on-center feel. Heck, I'd like that on any GM product I might purchase in the future. If you buy a new Buick Lacrosse now, (FWD), with the 3.6 engine, the Hi-per strut comes along with it, standard.
