I'm happy for you. Mine are blocked by the steering wheel, just as I said.

Captain, I don'thave any problem with getting the vents to blow directly on me, and neither does my wife. maybe he is a little person, and can't get the vents adjusted downward far enough.

Or short, i noticed after my sister adjusts the seat, her sitting position does have the left vent blocked by the steering wheel.

Re: Rear Air Conditioning not working

I have problems with the A/C in my 2011 Cadillac SRX. Turns out my condenser unit was dying. It took a year to nearly fully go out. My last trip from Atlanta to FL in June killed it, and nearly killed me with the heat. Now my interior blower fan has stopped. Then restarted. Not sure what's going on here. Checked all of the fuses, which are fine. Looking for info on the Blower Motor and Blower Motor resistor but not finding anything on the 2011. Not sure what to do. Since its working right now, not sure what the repair place can do until it goes out. thoughts?

Yes, it was fixed. It turns out that they had removed the entire console in order to get at the A/C actuators to quieten them down on a previous visit. They had detached some hoses in the console that apparently went to the rear vents. They had to reattach the hoses in order to fix it.

Typical, techs causing more issues than fixing...

That is why it is a bad idea to have your vehicle serviced just before a big trip.
You are better off waiting until you get back home or have it serviced well ahead of a scheduled trip. Statistically a large percent of breakdowns can be attributed to the last person that worked on your vehicle.
