    Weather Tech DigitalFit Floor Mats!

Weather Tech finally has the Digital fit floor mats (1st row only so far) in! These are a must in my part of the country, where we have snow season six months of the year, and gravel season the other six. lol

    Weather Tech (Canada)

    Weather Tech (USA)

Though their pricing between for the conversion compared to the actual dollar conversion upsets me...

Way to much $. What they think u drive a Cadillac u can afford $150.00 mats.
Mine from Sam's Club is just as nice & I got front & back for only $20.00. Good enough!

Plus if I gonna pay $150.00 + for mats like I did in past it better have "Cadillac" name on them not "Weathertech".

Re: Weather Tech DigitalFit Floor Mats!

I discovered Weather Tech had come out with liners for the SRX a few days ago. I checked their site a few months earlier and they weren't available. I already bought the Cadillac All Weather mats. They're pretty nice. Very thick, heavy duty pliable rubber and the rear mat is a one piece design that covers the hump. These mats are so heavy, their weight alone keeps them in place, although they do have holes for the floor nubs. Excellent protection! Had generic mats (like the ones at Sams) for my last car. They left certain areas unprotected. They can also shift and lodge under the pedals, which is obviously dangerous. I wanted something custom fit for the SRX. The Cadillac mats are more expensive than generic mats, but not as costly as Weather Tech. If it matters to you, they also have a huge Cadillac emblem.

Note: The Weather Tech's are "liners". These are different than "mats". Liners are made of a more rigid material and they have high, molded edges. The hard material is more slippery than rubber too. Weather Tech makes all weather mats too, but they aren't available for the 2010 SRX just yet.

Good call Sube. I know for my cars, i just want something that can cover the carpet and not move. Lots of snow/mud is sure to get in mine, so i like mats/liners that i can just hit with the wetvac quickly.

I'm using trash bags right now in this wet and
snowy weather to line my floor.

I talked the dealer into throwing in all-weather
mats with my purchase. However, I guess it takes
weeks for these mats to arrive at the dealership
and I need to do something to protect my carpet
    from dirt and snow.

WeatherTech makes good stuff. Had it in my
CTS. Worth $150? No way! Hopefully the
all-weather mats my dealer gives me will be
    decent quality.

The front mat set is only $99, the site states the full Package costs $150. $99 doesn't sound like such a bad deal for form fitted heavy duty custom made mats?

Has anyone used these floor *liners* previously? I am wondering if they are slippery when they are wet. Also, I assume once these are in the vehicle the factory mats are no longer used?

I wouldn't say slippery, just more slippery than rubber mats. They are "not" meant to be used in conjunction with the factory mats. Some people switch them out for the regular mats during the Summer/Spring. Depends on where you live. If you live somewhere where it's either raining or snowing most of the time, then it might pay to just leave them in all of the time.

I have the Cadillac all-weather mats and I'll probably end up just leaving them in all of the time, being that my interior is Shale. Wish the carpeting was a little darker with the Shale/Brownstone combo.

    NJRonbo,

Are you still waiting for these? Weeks.....seriously? Wow! I guess I'm lucky. My dealer usually gets parts in about a week. When they do come in, I think you'll like them.

    Sube,

I have to call parts this morning and ask them.

I spoke with the dealer manager yesterday and
he said should take a week and that parts would
call when in stock. It has been a week now.

As I said, I'll call PARTS directly.

Oh, Ok. That's still a reasonable time period. Let me know what you think of them.

Just picked up the all-weather mats from Cadillac. Gotta say, Im impressed. They are nice and thick, hold any liquid inside and cover the areas of the carpet which typically get dirty. I also like that they have the cadillac emblem on them.

I bought my SRX in November. Waited 2 weeks for the Cadillac "winter mats" which were disappointing because they do not cover the whole carpeted area. Then I purchased the winter mats from Auto Pride because the Weather Tech mats weren't available yet. The Weather Tech mats are great. Best of the 3.
