    Problem with heated seats

My fiancee and I got a black 2010 SRX to replace her '08 Wrangler Unlimited. It's a Luxury package with Nav. Yesterday on her way home the heated seats would not turn on. She turned the car off and started it again...same problem, the heated seats would not work. The three lights on the button flashed once and went off. Of course, once we got to the dealership they worked fine. They haven't dealt with this issue on a new SRX yet bust said it has happened on the '09 CTS.

It hasn't happened since, has anyone else dealt with this issue?

By the way, we both LOVE this car. It is amazing. We are very happy with our purchase and would not trade it for anything! (unless they decided to make a SRX-V)

    Re: Problem with heated seats

Haven't experienced this issue on my SRX. This sounds like it could be a loose wiring connection. If it happens again, I would have them check the switch and the wiring connected to it. Either that, or a bad switch itself.

Nothing to lose sleep over, but still needs to be addressed. Let us know what you find out.

Will do. Just hit 900 miles (started with 21). The dealership already knows about our first problem. If it happens again they will fix it.
