Incentives/Rebates?

Have read in various articles that 2-3k rebate is available.
have not been able to find documentation of that.

Also there is $1500 dealer cashback. Is this the conquest cash?
or something in addition to the conquest cash?

Re: Incentives/Rebates?

Cadillac.com shows a $1500 rebate if you currently own a non-GM vehicle. I assume that is cash to buyer not the dealer because it is on the consumer website.

Isn't the SRX selling quite well? If so, a $3000 rebate seems high but would be great of course.

Re: Incentives/Rebates?

My wife got hers 2 weeks ago and there was $1500.00 in conquest money. Went from a 2000 Audi A8 to the SRX.

Re: Incentives/Rebates?

The SRX was kind of dogging in sales out of the gate, but the problem was that the first production runs were heavily weighted with high content V8 equipped vehicles (with price tags in the 50k+ range, comparable to an Escalade).

The pricing is being massaged a bit now, and the hope is that sales will pick up as dealerships begin to receive a broader model mix with more V6 and lower content cars.

I also think that once people start getting a look at them on the road, sales will move a little quicker as well. I think they look way hotter in person than on any magazine page, but as it is now I've only seen a few on the streets. Considering where I live I would have expected the place to be filthy with them by now!

Re: Incentives/Rebates?

My dealer has a base SRX with a 38.6K MSRP advertised for 33.7K.
So I am guessing he is selling it close to invoice plus the 1.5K conquest cash.

I received a 24 hr. test drive certificate yesterday worth 1K.

So you took a 24 hour test drive and then you received a certificate for $1,000 off? Can that be combined with other offers like the conquest cash?

I think we are close to purchasing one and will ask for a 24 hour test drive if that is the case.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Incentives/Rebates?

OSOGATO,

No.
I received the 1K certificate in the mail yesterday.
I have not taken the 24hr test drive yet.

It says that the certificate must be used by the person it is addressed to, and that it can not be combined with any other private offer.

I am assuming that the 1.5K conquest deal is a public offer.

So I should be able to use the 1K 24 hr test drive certificate.

Which would allow me to buy a base SRX for $32,XXX.
Which seems like a excellent value.

I can also use it on any GM vehicle except, GTO, Corvette, etc.

Re: Incentives/Rebates?

Thanks. I did not get one but that sounds like you can get a great deal. Congratulations.

Re: Incentives/Rebates?

Unfortunately, the 24 Hour Test Drive coupon can't be combined with the Conquest money. They are both considered "coupon" programs and can't be used together.

However, there is a $2K incentive available on SRX V8s with invoice dates prior to 10/15, to move out some of those high-content V8s that were sent to the dealers.
