well i got sick of the problems, the new rear end (3rd one)started going out, so i got a lawyer. Then 2 weeks later they took the srx back.
now i have my oem thick rubber all-weather floor mats and rear cargo mats i will sell for 150.00 shipped to anywhere in the lower 48 states. i am at work now so i can not take pics until i get home. This is not a classified thread just letting people know about the srx, and i have these mats that are only 2 months old..

Sorry to hear about your luck on that one.
Wondering how long did you have it, how many miles were on it, how much they gave you back and how much the lawyer cost?
i received no money back, my lawyer is a friend so the calls back and forth were free, i had the car less than a year (May would have been the year mark), and it had 12k almost 13k.

???
What's a buyback then if you didn't receive anything?
i really don't know. i know my loan is "satisfied" , and i only paid 10 months. they took the car and admitted i had my fare share of problems, and i said i would keep a good attitude toward cadillac and "may" be a return customer some day.

Oh, ok. So it was financed and they closed the loan and took the car back. That's cool. Not a bad deal since it took the biggest hit on depreciation already. Good luck in the future.
