PlaZma upgrade for DRL/T-sig, will it work?

My 05' SRX has had the front bumper off the car 3 times now. I first replaced the stock light bulbs. Then I replaced them with 3757 KA light bulbs, plus new sockets. The KA's have glass under the wires that engage the socket, not plastic. Now I am considering using a bulb that CARid sells. It is PL3157CA. It is a 'PlaZma" bulb. I have seen others with poor results using LED's for DRL application. Has anyone tried this bulb yet. I was told that it: 1) does/ does not need a load resistor, 2) is/is not compatible with the 3757 socket, and 3)will/ won't work for continuous duty use (DRL). At this point I am not sure that I want to take the bumper off over and over again plus spend $60 for two light bulbs.
A caveat: I did search the forum for info on this but could not find anything exactly the same.

    Any thoughts?

It is only a 30 minute job to change the light so maybe just get new sockets and bulbs from GM and go from there, mine have worked great going that route.

If your taking the bumper off then you did not search very good lol, you can do it from in the wheel well super easy and save yourself tons of time.

Maybe it is easier for you to access the lights thru the wheel well, unfortunately for me my right arm doesn't have a functional bicep muscle and I am right handed so taking the bumper off is a challenging but doable option.
Just looking for anyone that has tried this bulb. Thanks

Looks like you may have to be the first to try, let us all know how it works.

Ok, I contacted CARiD, the company that sells this product. I was told that the lights are rated for "continuous use", have a 320 lumen rating for the amber bulb, and have a 1 year replacement warranty. This lamp also has a load resistor designed into the base. Even with this it is supposed to run much cooler than an incandescent bulb. With than said, I will go ahead and order the two front lamps, PNO PL3157CA. I need the exercise and I am just finishing up the left rear seat cushion replacement, another major nightmare.

So how will it work when you turn the turn signals on? It will most likely delay and they won't last very long.
