Replaced an ignition coil and the spark plugs now it won't stay on???

I had a code for a miss in the 2nd ignition coil. I decided to replace it and change the spark plugs. After finishing it will start but it doesn't stay on. I've rechecked my work, even tried putting all the old parts back in, but still it won't stay on!! I need some advice. What went wrong???
Note: I always disconnect the battery when I'm working on a vehicle. A friend thought maybe I tripped an anti-theft feature. If that's what it is... How so I reset it?

Thanks for any and all suggestions!!!!

6 or 8? Are you sure all intake ducting from MAF to engine is properly secured, nothing left un-attached?

Intake gaskets not torn or misaligned? Could definitely be the maf or intake not hooked up

It's a V6. None of those other issues apply. I spoke with a mechanic and they said it is most likely the anti theft system too. It's preventing the fuel pump to work. Any other suggestion???

That's odd for the alarm to lock down like that have you checked all the fuses in the engine compartment and by the second row of seats can you hear the pump did you accidentally hit the ecu with the manifold?

Anti theft prevents engine crank. Is the AT icon on?

Then try to start with MAF disconnected.

explain what you mean by "won't stay on"? Does it run rough or does it shutdown after a certain amount of time? If so, how long does it run before it shuts off?

    Are you tripping any codes?

Thank you all so much. You were right after all. There was a tear I hadn't noticed in the intake gasket. I replaced it and all is well. Thanks again for your time and advice!
