    2004 SRX Radio Swap

Okay, I have the 'regular' radio, with the small DIC and 6 disc CD changer. Is it possible to get and swap in the nicer radio with the larger screen? (sorry if this has been asked before, I didn't see anything in searching)

    Danke.

edit: although this shows for aftermarkets, is it even easier just to get a head unit from an SRX that had the navi-type screen?

    Re: 2004 SRX Radio Swap

Are you looking to swap in the NAVigation system or just another type of radio. If you are looking to swap in the NAVigation system, it's doable but much more than just unsnapping the old radio from the old connectors and snapping in the NAVigation system. There's a pretty detailed discussion thread on this if you would do a search for it.

Try using the "search this forum" not just search as it returns too much.
