    New MRC shocks installed!!!

I just finished my shock replacement on my 04 N* AWD SRX and wow what a difference. My old ones I. The rear were just ok and the fronts bottomed out all the time. I bought the rears off of Amazon for $430 a shock and the fronts off of gmpartsdirect.com for about the same. The rears took some time to access the shock towers taking apart trim but after that was easy. The fronts took more effort and now it rides like new!!

Here are the old shocks. Note the oil leaking from the fronts!!

    The front assembly.

It took me about about 8 hours over 2 weekends taking my time to get it done. I'm shocked at how bad the old ones were. The fronts took the most time by far with so much to take apart and the assemblies being so freaking heavy to take out/put in.

I'll find a shipping estimate for you. The rears are still good and will do fine on a SRX. The fronts are pretty much leaking hydraulic fluid and were bottoming out over rough road spots. Are you interested in all 4?
