Hate Bosch I've seen too many of their electrodes fall apart in the cylinder but others like them just not my preference.

Replaced the oe AC 990 plats with Denso OEM long life iridium. Runs real smooth, and great throttle response. Advertised to last 120k miles or so.

What mileage is everyone swapping plugs at? I'm curious if I should take out the originals at 100km /60miles. V8

I am at 122,000 miles myself. I think I'm going to try Autolite Irridium. http://www.amazon.com/Autolite-XP526...1&s=automotive

You're at 122K and want to change brands. What's wrong with OEM? Seems they did OK.

I am not entirely sure the previous owner put in the OEM plugs. The OEM my local dealer said were ACdelco Platnum at about $10.00 each. I think I'll try some Autolite Irridium and save $30 difference.

Thats good to hear. Now I just have to look up the torque specs for the plugs.

Autozone said they could get the NGK plugs I wanted in the very next day so that worked for me.
