    2004 nav radio settings

Help me please! I bought my car without any manuals. Well the dealer said he would get them but....he lied. When I change stations, the settings go back to rear seat, low bass. What I mean is: When tuned to a station if i go to the settings and adjust the bass, treble, listening position, etc, it is good until I change to a different station. Then it goes back to the no bass, rear seat setting. How do I make it always stay the same no matter what station? The cd always stays the same.

Adjust it then save the present. They are individual. Each present saves the full equalization settings for that station.

It is a pretty nice feature since the equalization preset settings let you adjust to the peculiaritites station- to-station or your listening preferences from one type of music to the next. I find myself boosting the mids and highs which seem to get drowned out with the wind and road noise at highway speeds.

You can get a pdf file through this website to replace the owner's manual you didn't get. Do a search.
