    One is under the hood.

    As you stand in front - it is too the left.. sort of looks like an Air Cleaner box...

    Position "A" in this drawing:


    It looks like this if you pull the top off...


    AND - - there are 2 fuse box's under the rear seat ... One on the Right side.. and one on the Left side... The are long slender box's

    Left Rear Box


    Right Rear Box

    When you say under do you mean under the 07 seats or in front of the seats in the foot well, I saw the velcro but could not remove the carpet

    Under the carpet at the rear of the footwell.

    it appears a corner of the carpet is under the bolt attaching the seat, the carpet just will not pull free

    Did you remove the door sill trim? Then do what you have to do.

    I had to remove the door trim and tilt the seat forward to start getting the Velcro off. Putting the seat back to pull the Velcro fully off is what I did. I was not easy but very doable with some patience.
