Any word on the 09 SRX yet?

By this time last year someone posted the changes and packages (even had pictures of the then new 08 colors) that were going to be available on the 08's. Do any of our GM or dealer friends on this list know what we can look forward to in 09, my 07 lease is up in November and I like to plan a head....

I bet it's not too much, as it's the last year. Someone posted here that they are already adding a lot of free options, like the 3rd row seat, in order to clear out the parts inventory and generate more customer interest.
I'm hoping they change the std grill to look like the new CTS, and that it will retro-fit to the '08!

I hope they do use some of the styling cues of the CTS and the direct injection 303 hp 3.6 V6 as well. I would also like to see a few new colors, not sure what I would like, just something different.
I'm a little concerned that currently on the 08 Cadillac website a well optioned SRX is shown only available with the 3rd row. My preference is for the underfloor storage system. I was at my local dealer last night to get a new key and fob (don't ever loose them, $228) and on the showroom floor there was a silver 08 with 20" sport package, nav and no 3rd row. Might have been from an earlier build, before they limited the options.

Man....I hope they change their mind about the 3rd row seating, I have no use for it. The under floor storage that is available with the 2 row seating is extremly useful for me.

Unless you need it on occasion to haul 6 or 7. Otherwise it is down all the time.

My lease is up in the summer of 2009 but I probably won't get anything new until 2010. I won't get anything with a 3rd row seat. I really like the cargo management system. I use the back storage bin for the footrests from my wife's wheelchair.

The new BRX should be out by then. No 3rd row at all but also no V8 option either.

From my understanding, the BRX is for Europe not North America. Our vehicle will be based on the new CTS, this comes from GM insiders on this list and from other GM sources.

Looks like the SRX takes the form of the Provoq concept car in 2009 and the CTS based wagon in 2010 will be introduced under a different name. There is talk it will be named a CTS wagon, much like BMW does with their products.
