    Wind Noise

Got on the interstate today with 19 mph South/SSE wind with 33 mph SSW gusts. The passenger side sounded like a horn while heading west or south. It was not constant but made a whomp whomp sound like a horn with some regularity. I could push against the window and get it to stop. Put the window down and up several times but it did not go away. We are over 2,100 miles (with over 1,300 on the highway) and had not had any noise before but have not had wind this hard and possibly not from the right direction to make the noise. Anyone else with wind noise?

    Re: Wind Noise

Living in Chicago I've experienced my share of high winds and strong wind gusts with little noise. I'll pay closer attention to this as I commute to and from work over the next few weeks - the big winds are coming.

No wind noise here, but on day 2 of ownership I installed WeatherFlectors (like VentShade, except these WeatherFlectors fit into the window channel)

That may be a good solution if a new window seal strip is not the answer. The shade would certainly move the air in a different direction.

see your dealer and have the window adjusted. there are adjusters to cause the window to seal tighter against the weather strip....
