This have been covered lots before, do a quick search.

No you can't, you don't have a DVD player, you would need to add a DVD player and extra input. It can be done, yes but do a search and you will find the list of what you need.

I have a 2005 sts cadillac with nav dvd & i press the music note & hold it down & it goes to the speaker set up . How do i get the screen to come up to put the 1791 code in it ? Can anyone please help me . Desperate & getting ready to travel with family to a reunion please help me .

I can't seem to get this to work.

2004 Cadillac SRX V8.

I'm getting the "The disc installed is not a DVD MAP disc" error message which an above post suggested I'm inserting it in the slot behind the screen. Which is correct, but the CD slot below the screen doesn't play DVD's?

What am I doing wrong?

So does anyone know where the magic button is on the 2010 SRX NAV system? Is the code still 1791?
