Turn Signal Which Part Need Replacement

My 1997 Seville does not have a working right turn signal. The left signal works fine, but the righht doesn't click into place on the steering column. It is something to do with the lever being broken or something. It looks like the bezel around the turn signal lever is messed up. Does anybody know what part I should search for to fix this. Basically it doesn't snap into place when pushing the lever up and the signal does not engage at all. Left works fine. I juts don't know what to even search for in used parts or on Ebay.

    Thanks.

I would have called it a turn signal switch, but gmpartsdirect calls it a "Turnsignal Cam" pn 26047013.
