Plugs and wires, use the AC-Delco parts for best results even though they cost more, it's well worth the money. Clean the throttle body. Check the transmission fluid for proper color, smell, and level. Drain the cooling system and refill with a 50/50 mix of distilled water and green coolant plus 3-6 of the GM cooling system supplement tabs or Bar's Leaks Golden Seal powder or Bar's Leaks giant tablets. The supplement goes in the hose, NOT in the surge tank. Check the air filter and replace if it's been over 30k miles. There's probably more, but the plugs and wires, tranny fluid, and coolant steps are most important in my mind. Use the Search feature above and you'll find lots of information on 100,000 mile service and all of these topics.
