Help with floor knock

Hey guys 94 ETC 70,000. It seems when I hit a dip or go over a bump I feel a knock back under my left foot. It is not very hard but but noticable to feel it. It does not happen all the time just when the car hits a big bump or dip and fully extends, I will then feel the knock when the car springs back up and levels off. Nothing else seem to be wrong and the front end is tight, I just feel the knock and was looking for some suggestions as where to start looking. Any words of wisdom would be a great help.

Sway bar end links or bushings... Have the struts ever been replaced? They will tend to exhibit the same symptoms when they go bad.

Check the bushing mount located on the frame near the back of the left front tire, it's the closest one to your left foot. Also check the exhaust system and be sure you didn't lose any hangers, when the exhaust gets loose it can bounce and sway and possibly give you a "clunk" sound in the floor board.

Most likely your swaybar bushings. Mine were bad and it did the same thing.
