Trouble with amp fuse - 1997 STS

Hi, I have a 1997 cadillac seville sts and I have had some major trouble with my radio lately! My fuses are located in the trunk and the fuse for the amp thats green and has a 30 on it keeps blowing! I keep hoping it will work when i put a new one in but no luck so far. When i put the fuse in it sparks and blows right away. Sometimes it wont spark and when I get in the car the radio will work but there will be a really bad static noise coming out of the speakers and if i close the door too hard or roll the window down the fuse will blow. Im pretty sure its a short and i would like to try and find the short I just dont even know where to begin looking. I would really appreciate any ideas or tips. I would really like to get this fixed.

if i close the door too hard
or roll the window down the fuse will blow.

that little clue MIGHT have narrowed down your search for the problem -

remove the door paned - and look for chaffed wires -
