2 heater hoses and 2 metal pipes that go behind the engine. Look to see where it's leaking, those pipes are known to rot out.

heater hoses - one in - and one out -

every time I put antifreeze in
    Its runnin out like water

    probably the metal pipe -
not uncommon for them to rust out after 17 years -

    check the TECH-TIPS forum -
I think there was a HOW-TO fix it using heater hose -

cadillactony, Please do NOT multiple post the same question in different forums. Thank you. Threads merged.

There are two coolant lines - supply/return - going to/from the heater core. Center of the firewall.

What is your problem ??? Coolant leak ? At the surge tank (reservoir) ?

There is also a heater pipe going into the back of the crossover into a quick connect fitting that can leak.

Is it leaking from the two heater lines going into the firewall?

With great difficulty, many four letter words and several bandages. You may need to lower the front of the cradle for access.

Two hoses (inlet and outlet hoses) go to the heater core from the passenger side, off the heater pipes.
