99 Eldorado - no fog lights

I was wondering where I could find the relays for the fog lights? My light on the dash doesnt come on and neither do the lights. If I knew what relays to look for or if anyone had a schematic, it would be sooo useful! thanks. Oh, I keep getting the PCM P0442 vaccuum leak(minor) should I replace gas cap. It looks kinda ruff and it is no longer attached to the car.

Pull the plastic case around the underhood fuse panel, this will reveal the relays and maxi fuses. Flip the case over for a diagram on which relay it is. On my eldo it's the middle one on the bottom of the 6 relay cluster.

Once you pull the fuse check for corrosion down in the pins

I know this sounds dumb but did you turn on your headlights first before hitting the foglight button?
Ask me how I figured that one out. Embarrassing.

Headlights and gig lights operate independently. Turning on the high beans will disable the fig lights though.
