    Noisy blower motor?

After warming the engine when the auto climate goes full out to warm the car up the blower seems noisy to me. You hear the motor/wheel more than the air noises. Is this normal in these cars? How hard are they to change?

    Which car?

Noisy blower motors aren't uncommon. Either an off balance fan or at in the motor.

    Re: Noisy blower motor?

I just pulled the blower on my daughters '04 SLS (because it was intermittent, not for noise) and it was a piece of cake. When I opened it up the motor housing was a mess. I blew all the dust out of the windings and housing, cleaned up the armature with emery cloth and lubed the bushing. You might try that and check the bushing for excessive play before replacing it (if it's the '02 you're talking about).

Yeah it is my 02. I guess I need to pull and clean it - at some point
