    Heater Problem

    My 2002 ElDorado has developed a new problem. The driver side is getting warm air and the passenger side is cold.

    With our current weather, I need help on this one quickly!

    Blend door actuators

    Looks like the same part that my '97 STS uses. I was able to take mine apart, move the motor and spin the gears, put it back together and it worked. YMMV. I think most of the time they just need to be replaced when they stop working, from what I've read.

    They were under the dash on the passenger side. You may have one on each side instead.

    This was of some help to me.

    That would be my guess as well. Pull the DTC's.

    How do you pull DTC's ? I have a scanner but all I can get is engine codes.
