    grounding 97 ETC

I need an answer to this.
Is there a ground wire from the wiring harness, that enters from the engine compartment behind the glove box, that attaches to the metal somewhere in that area.
I'm having non code setting electrical problems.

There are grounds behind both kick panels on DeVille's, I would say there are on ETC also.
