98 STS steering wheel wobbles left to right and bumpy ride at low speeds

I have a 98 Seville sts and recently the ride has been kinda rough the front end of the car wobbles like there is a bubble or something in one of the front tires but when I checked the wheels were fine, I went and got an alignment but that still didn't help, now my steering wheel wobbles from left to right and as the front end of the car bumps/ wobbles its like I can hear a clunk coming from the steering column as if there is something loose, and also when I'm at a light or stop sign when I accelerate I hear a thud coming from the drivers side front end, I have 3 c codes and I know that those are for the suspension but when I checked them they all consist of checking modules, has any of you all ever had this problem? BTW the wobbling occurs between 30 and 55 mph and when i put the slightest amount of pressure on the steering wheel say for instance if im going around a minor curve all the wobbling stops and soon as i straighten back up it continues but when I'm at about 60 to 65 it rides fine with minor vibration, can anyone help me with this problem?

Wild guess - but look at tie rod ends.
