It's over the pipe & needs to be under.
Or does the pipe need to be turned 180?

The pipe has already been turned 180.

The resonator was damaged when the pipe was upside down, because it caused the system to hang too low.

The amount I wan would pay for a tip and the resonator. The problem is, both tips, the resonator, and the mid section are all damaged, they're hesitant to sell me that many parts (the parts are only supposed to be available for warranty repair or to replace defective ones), and if they did, the warranty will still be void.

I don't get how they decided that I should have to pay more than $700 out of pocket get back to where I started (a new, uninstalled system) before this idiot ruined it.

If they won't sell you only the parts you need, they're worse than the butcher that installed it.
What exactly does the warranty cover, anyway? It's never gonna rot out.
The only thing that can happen to it is road damage & that's what you have.
