    That coolant smell

Been a while, but I recently been smelling coolant in the cabin. Also I'm get a burning oil smell. Coolant levels are going down very slowly (thinks its heater coil), same with oil levels. It's happening on a 02 Eldorado with 88k miles on it. One last thing, I replaced my rear lower controll arms bushing with polyurethane and now are squeaking more than the orginal rubber ones. What should I do? Thanks for the help

    What should you do about???

    Inspect/replace heater core.

    Find oil leak.

Replace bushings if you don't want to deal with the squeaking.

    Re: That Smell

Heater core would be my guess as well.

New bushings squeaking worse than the old ones? I suppose if you don't want to replace them you could try removing and greasing them with silicone and reinstalling them.

Poly bushings tend to squeal unless regularly greased.
