    Maybe a timing chain issue? Seems you've covered most of your bases, I can't think of much else you haven't checked that isn't internal that could cause this engine to run this poorly.

    well then... it's for sale... don't have time to put into something that bad... just got my LLC #'s yesterday so life is about to get really busy...
