    Is the entire base separating from the windshield glass, is the mirror mount plate loose on the base mount, or is it loose on the swivel (adjustment) ball joint ?

    Maybe it is the base attachment. The part under the wiring feels loose If you try to adjust....ty for the diagram

    Sadly it was as Simple as mirror was out of groove, reattuhed, Now NO Issues. Thanks for your help.
